The registration fee includes 3 race registrations + a possible selection for the relay race(see more info below). In addition, the competitor gets to participate in the closing ceremony (Banquet) for free. The closing ceremony will serve a starter, main course, and dessert.
On the first competition days, February 11th and 12th, it is possible to participate in both styles. Please note that this will count as participating in two races. On these days, the classic style race will be skied first.

All starts are mass starts by category, 5-15 minutes apart. The starting order is determined by Ranking points. Skiers who do not have ranking points from the previous two years will start from the back of the group.

The competitions are tentatively scheduled between 9 AM and 3 PM. The award ceremonies are at 6 PM.
The bib and timing chip (transponder) will be distributed in the competition bags on February 9-10 from 12 PM to 6 PM in the lobby of Vuokatti Arena. Later, the bag can be picked up at the Vuokatti Sport reception.
The common waxing area for the competitions is in a wooden building near Vuokatti Arena, about 200 meters from the stadium.
There is also possibility to buy waxing services through our partner Vuokatti Ski Service, that is located right by the stadium.

From January 1, 2024 A competitor may cancel their registration by presenting a doctor’s certificate before the first team leaders’ meeting on February 10. In this case, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded to the athlete.
